Para isso, o sistema imune conta com <strong>diversas c\u00e9lulas<\/strong> que possuem in\u00fameras fun\u00e7\u00f5es que ir\u00e3o auxiliar no combate aos invasores. As principais c\u00e9lulas do sistema imune s\u00e3o:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>C\u00e9lulas apresentadoras de ant\u00edgenos;<\/li><li>Linf\u00f3citos;<\/li><li>Mast\u00f3citos;<\/li><li>C\u00e9lulas NK;<\/li><li>Linf\u00f3citos polimorfonucleares.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. C\u00e9lulas apresentadoras de ant\u00edgenos (APC)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Algumas c\u00e9lulas do sistema imune podem combater os microorganismos invasores de forma direta. No entanto, algumas c\u00e9lulas da resposta imune espec\u00edfica <strong>precisam que c\u00e9lulas apresentem pept\u00eddeos dos ant\u00edgenos <\/strong>para, s\u00f3 assim, ativar a resposta imune. Quando h\u00e1 uma infec\u00e7\u00e3o, as c\u00e9lulas imunes no local liberam <strong>citocinas<\/strong>, que s\u00e3o grupos de pept\u00eddeos sol\u00faveis que i<strong>nibem, ativam e estimulam outras c\u00e9lulas<\/strong>.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essas citocinas \u201catraem\u201d os mon\u00f3citos para o local onde h\u00e1 a infec\u00e7\u00e3o, onde estes se tornam em <strong>macr\u00f3fagos<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Macr\u00f3fagos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/celula-macrofago.jpg\" alt=\"macrofago\" class=\"wp-image-10695\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/celula-macrofago.jpg 600w, https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/celula-macrofago-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/celula-macrofago-320x160.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>macr\u00f3fagos <\/strong>s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por <strong>fagocitar<\/strong> os mais diversos ant\u00edgenos no sistema imune. No entanto, eles tamb\u00e9m podem atuar na <strong>apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de ant\u00edgenos<\/strong> aos linf\u00f3citos TCD4 e TCD8, que explicaremos mais \u00e0 frente.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao<strong> fagocitar um pat\u00f3geno<\/strong>, o macr\u00f3fago o neutraliza, libera prote\u00ednas chamadas <strong>MHC<\/strong> -que ir\u00e3o se ligar a ant\u00edgenos (partes do pat\u00f3geno fagocitado) &#8211; e os <strong>apresenta em sua superf\u00edcie<\/strong>. As c\u00e9lulas B tamb\u00e9m podem, ocasionalmente, <strong>apresentar ant\u00edgenos aos linf\u00f3citos T<\/strong> e <strong>liberar citocinas<\/strong>. No entanto, a <strong>principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o dos linf\u00f3citos B \u00e9 a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de anticorpos<\/strong>, atuando na <strong>resposta imune humoral<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sua resposta ao ant\u00edgeno (Ag) ocorre em dois est\u00e1gios:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resposta Imune Prim\u00e1ria<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>linf\u00f3citos na\u00efve<\/strong>, que s\u00e3o linf\u00f3citos chamados virgens (que <strong>nunca tiveram contato com nenhum ant\u00edgeno &#8211; Ag<\/strong>), ao entrarem em contato com o Ag pela primeira vez sofrem a chamada <strong>expans\u00e3o clonal<\/strong>. Nesse processo, eles <strong>se multiplicam e se diferenciam em c\u00e9lulas produtoras de anticorpos &#8211; chamadas plasm\u00f3citos<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 princ\u00edpio, esses plasm\u00f3citos ir\u00e3o secretar somente <strong>uma classe de anticorpos<\/strong>, chamada <strong>IgM<\/strong> ou simplesmente <strong>anticorpo de fase aguda<\/strong>. Esse anticorpos <strong>n\u00e3o s\u00e3o t\u00e3o espec\u00edficos <\/strong>e, portanto, a prote\u00e7\u00e3o imunit\u00e1ria \u00e9 <strong>limitada<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas, com o aux\u00edlio dos linf\u00f3citos T, os linf\u00f3citos B sofrem um rearranjo e passam a secretar <strong>outros anticorpos (IgG)<\/strong>, que s\u00e3o <strong>mais espec\u00edficos<\/strong>. Ap\u00f3s esse processo, os plasm\u00f3citos se transformam em <strong>linf\u00f3citos B de mem\u00f3ria<\/strong>, que ser\u00e3o ativados no pr\u00f3ximo contato com o mesmo ant\u00edgeno.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aprenda tamb\u00e9m o que \u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/materias\/biologia\/o-que-e-divisao-celular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (abre numa nova aba)\">Divis\u00e3o Celular<\/a>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Resposta Imune Secund\u00e1ria <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa resposta <strong>acontece quando os linf\u00f3citos B e T s\u00e3o expostos novamente ao mesmo ant\u00edgeno<\/strong>. Os linf\u00f3citos B de mem\u00f3ria se proliferam bem mais rapidamente, secretando j\u00e1 os anticorpos espec\u00edficos.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esses anticorpos s\u00e3o <strong>liberados no sangue e nos tecidos<\/strong>, onde reagem com especificidade contra o ant\u00edgeno. Sendo assim, a resposta imune \u00e9 <strong>mais r\u00e1pida e mais efetiva<\/strong> nessa etapa.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Linf\u00f3citos T<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/lnf\u00f3cito-T.jpg\" alt=\"linf\u00f3cito-T\" class=\"wp-image-10698\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/lnf\u00f3cito-T.jpg 600w, https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/lnf\u00f3cito-T-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/lnf\u00f3cito-T-320x160.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Os<strong> linf\u00f3citos T <\/strong>s\u00e3o provenientes das c\u00e9lulas-tronco e, posteriormente, migram para o timo onde s\u00e3o <strong>selecionados e maturados<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existem tr\u00eas tipos principais de linf\u00f3citos T:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Helper<\/strong> &#8211; tamb\u00e9m conhecido como TCD4;<\/li><li><strong>Regulador<\/strong> &#8211; tamb\u00e9m conhecido como T-reg;<\/li><li><strong>Citot\u00f3xico<\/strong> &#8211; tamb\u00e9m conhecido como TCD8;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A maioria dos linf\u00f3citos T s\u00e3o CD4 ou CD8. Eles possuem receptores que se conectam aos anticorpos que est\u00e3o ligados em microorganismos invasores.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Linf\u00f3citos TCD4&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>linf\u00f3citos TCD4<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m conhecidos como <strong>T-Helper<\/strong>, auxiliam em todas as respostas imunes. Eles atuam <strong>produzindo citocinas<\/strong> &#8211; que s\u00e3o eficazes para a destrui\u00e7\u00e3o dos pat\u00f3genos. O LTCD4 tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por <strong>estimular os macr\u00f3fagos a fagocitarem e destru\u00edrem os pat\u00f3genos<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O LTCD4 tamb\u00e9m age na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de citocinas que <strong>estimulam os plasm\u00f3citos a secretarem anticorpos espec\u00edficos (IgG)<\/strong>. Ap\u00f3s a destrui\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os pat\u00f3genos, os linf\u00f3citos TCD4 conseguem se tornar <strong>c\u00e9lulas de mem\u00f3ria<\/strong>, que agir\u00e3o de forma mais r\u00e1pida e efetiva ao entrar em contato com o mesmo pat\u00f3geno pela segunda vez.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Linf\u00f3citos TCD8&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>linf\u00f3citos TCD8<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m conhecidos como <strong>citot\u00f3xicos<\/strong>, s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis pelo reconhecimento de c\u00e9lulas infectadas por <strong>pat\u00f3genos intracelulares<\/strong>. Quando uma c\u00e9lula \u00e9 atingida por um pat\u00f3geno intracelular, ela come\u00e7a a expressar em sua superf\u00edcie o MHC de classe 1 com ant\u00edgenos desse pat\u00f3geno. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os LTCD8 reconhecem o MHC1 e <strong>liberam granzimas que penetram na c\u00e9lula e matam o DNA<\/strong>. Esse processo \u00e9 chamado de <strong>apoptose<\/strong>. Os LTDC8 desempenham as mesmas fun\u00e7\u00f5es da c\u00e9lula NK, por\u00e9m de <strong>forma espec\u00edfica<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Linf\u00f3citos Reguladores<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os linf\u00f3citos reguladores, tamb\u00e9m chamados de <strong>T-reg<\/strong>, s\u00e3o linf\u00f3citos respons\u00e1veis por<strong> inibir as respostas imunes indesej\u00e1veis<\/strong>. Eles previnem <strong>doen\u00e7as autoimunes<\/strong>, rejei\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00f3rg\u00e3os pr\u00f3prios e, principalmente, <strong>modulam a resposta imune<\/strong> quando esta j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 mais necess\u00e1ria.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os linf\u00f3citos T-reg <strong>produzem v\u00e1rias citocinas<\/strong> que possuem a\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>imunomoduladora<\/strong>, ou seja, que diminuem a a\u00e7\u00e3o dos macr\u00f3fagos, dos linf\u00f3citos TCD4 e TCD8 e das demais c\u00e9lulas do sistema imune.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confira o artigo completo sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/materias\/biologia\/o-que-e-citologia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (abre numa nova aba)\">o que \u00e9 Citologia<\/a>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Os mast\u00f3citos <strong>possuem gr\u00e2nulos <\/strong>que exercem um papel fundamental em respostas imunes al\u00e9rgicas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Assim como os linf\u00f3citos TCD8, essas c\u00e9lulas <strong>induzem a apoptose de c\u00e9lulas infectadas<\/strong>.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A diferen\u00e7a das c\u00e9lulas NK para os linf\u00f3citos TCD8 \u00e9 que <strong>estas n\u00e3o possuem receptores para ant\u00edgenos espec\u00edficos<\/strong>. As c\u00e9lulas NK identificam que uma c\u00e9lula est\u00e1 infectada atrav\u00e9s de <strong>subst\u00e2ncias liberadas por ela<\/strong>. A c\u00e9lula NK reconhece essa subst\u00e2ncia (que <strong>N\u00c3O possuem ant\u00edgenos espec\u00edficos<\/strong>) e promove a apoptose da c\u00e9lula.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Leuc\u00f3citos Polimorfonucleares<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong>leuc\u00f3citos polimorfonucleares<\/strong> tamb\u00e9m podem ser chamados de <strong>granul\u00f3citos<\/strong>, visto que eles possuem gr\u00e2nulos em seus citoplasmas.
