Eles s\u00e3o as subst\u00e2ncias respons\u00e1veis pela<strong> transmiss\u00e3o da heran\u00e7a biol\u00f3gica.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As mol\u00e9culas comandam a <strong>atividade da mat\u00e9ria viva<\/strong>, coordenando e dirigindo a qu\u00edmica celular por meio da <strong>s\u00edntese de prote\u00ednas<\/strong>, e <strong>transmitindo as caracter\u00edsticas biol\u00f3gicas <\/strong>de uma gera\u00e7\u00e3o a outra, atrav\u00e9s do processo reprodutivo.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os \u00e1cidos nucleicos est\u00e3o presentes no <strong>n\u00facleo dos eucariontes<\/strong> e dispersos no hialoplasma dos procariontes. Eles s\u00e3o compostos por:um <strong>grupo fosfato,<\/strong> um <strong>a\u00e7\u00facar (pentose)<\/strong> e uma <strong>base nitrogenada<\/strong>. As bases nitrogenadas s\u00e3o cinco: adenina, citosina, guanina, timina e uracila; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Fosfato:<\/strong> um radical derivado da mol\u00e9cula do \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico, composto qu\u00edmico respons\u00e1vel pela propriedade \u00e1cido dos \u00e1cidos nucleicos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que s\u00e3o \u00c1cidos Nucleicos? &#8211; \u00c1cido Ribonucleico (RNA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o do<strong> RNA<\/strong> \u00e9 <strong>copiar e transportar<\/strong> todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no DNA at\u00e9 as estruturas respons\u00e1veis pela <strong>elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de prote\u00ednas<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele \u00e9 formado por uma cadeia de nucleot\u00eddeos que possuem um grupo fosfato, uma pentose (a\u00e7\u00facar) e uma base nitrogenada. A pentose do RNA \u00e9 a <strong>ribose<\/strong>, por isso ele \u00e9 chamado de <strong>\u00c1cido Ribonucleico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"300\" height=\"447\" src=\"https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/rna.jpg\" alt=\"estrutura do rna\" class=\"wp-image-7519\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/rna.jpg 300w, https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/rna-201x300.jpg 201w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipos de RNA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>RNA mensageiro (RNAm):<\/strong> &nbsp;o RNAm codifica as prote\u00ednas, uma vez que possui as informa\u00e7\u00f5es do DNA. Ele \u00e9 traduzido no processo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o das prote\u00ednas, chamado de tradu\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>RNA transportador (RNAt):<\/strong> O RNAt, ou RNA de transfer\u00eancia, transporta os amino\u00e1cidos que constituir\u00e3o a nova prote\u00edna. Ele identifica a sequ\u00eancia de tr\u00eas nucleot\u00eddeos que codificam um amino\u00e1cido (chamada de c\u00f3don), e garante que o amino\u00e1cido correspondente \u00e0quela informa\u00e7\u00e3o seja adicionado \u00e0 cadeia em forma\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>RNA ribossomal (RNAr):<\/strong> Esse RNA forma os ribossomos, que s\u00e3o os locais onde ocorrem a s\u00edntese de prote\u00ednas. \u00c9 importante destacar que 80% do RNA presente na c\u00e9lula \u00e9 desse tipo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que s\u00e3o \u00c1cidos Nucleicos? &#8211; \u00c1cido Desoxirribonucleico (DNA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A mol\u00e9cula de<strong> DNA<\/strong> possui rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com as <strong>caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas e fisiol\u00f3gicas<\/strong> do nosso corpo e de outros seres vivos. Nos seres eucariontes, o DNA \u00e9 encontrado no <strong>n\u00facleo das c\u00e9lulas<\/strong> e nas <strong>mitoc\u00f4ndrias<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos seres procariontes, esse material est\u00e1 disperso no citoplasma da c\u00e9lula. O DNA apresenta <strong>dupla-h\u00e9lice<\/strong>, diferentemente do RNA, que apresenta uma<strong> h\u00e9lice simples<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/dna.jpg\" alt=\"estrutura do dna\" class=\"wp-image-7520\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/dna.jpg 600w, https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/dna-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/beduka.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/dna-320x160.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O DNA tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 formado por uma cadeia de nucleot\u00eddeos que possuem um grupo fosfato, uma pentose (a\u00e7\u00facar) e uma base nitrogenada. A pentose do DNA \u00e9 a <strong>desoxirribose<\/strong>, que possui <strong>um oxig\u00eanio a menos<\/strong> que a ribose. Por esse motivo, ele \u00e9 chamado de <strong>\u00c1cido Desoxirribonucleico.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bases Nitrogenadas <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As <strong>bases nitrogenadas<\/strong> s\u00e3o classificadas em dois grupos:<strong> purinas e pirimidinas.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Purinas:<\/strong> S\u00e3o as bases maiores que possuem mais de um anel. As purinas s\u00e3o: Adenina (A) e Guanina (G);<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Pirimidinas:<\/strong> S\u00e3o bases menores e que s\u00e3o compostas por apenas uma anel. As pirimidinas s\u00e3o: Citosina (C), Uracila (U) e Timina (T).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As bases nitrogenadas se ligam por meio de <strong>pontes de hidrog\u00eanio<\/strong>. No DNA, a <strong>adenina <\/strong>se liga \u00e0 <strong>timina <\/strong>e a <strong>citosina <\/strong>se liga \u00e0 <strong>guanina<\/strong>.
